Well, we’re not but some of our listings are. For ten days 70+ of our listings have agreed to promote their homes at 5% to 10% off the MLS list price. Many of these homes were priced below market levels to begin with and an additional 5 to10% really makes it a bargain.
The cynical among you will say something negative, like they were over priced to begin with. But, oh , on the contrary, if you take the time to go through the list in the Sedona Red Rock News Friday advert you will see some steamy hot deals.
